For most cases issues can be resolved remotely without the need for a potentially expensive call out fee for a problem that could only take 10 minuets to solve. Using standard Microsoft® software, which is available in their operating systems from Windows XP® onwards, you can send a secure "request assistance" e-mail to me which will give me permission to view and take control if needed of your PC and solve the problem for you.
Support is available on a "per incident" basis or for a monthly fee. (precedence is to customers on a monthly fee basis).
